I've never met a single educator who regretted setting and maintaining boundaries in their work. I think the fact this is even a topic of conversation points to a larger issue of the culture of working in education that we are facing. You deserve boundaries. I deserve boundaries. They deserve boundaries. We all deserve boundaries.
