The best way to understand how to love you is by seeing through the lens of love. God is Love and the only way you can truly love yourself is by seeing yourself the way God sees you.

A good number of people can agree with me that at a time or the other in their teenage years or in their years of being a young adult has asked these questions, Am I worthy of love? even when I mess up? I have asked myself a couple of times. This is the cycle that some of us live in and it breaks today. In today's episode, I answered these questions, clarified what it means to love yourself.
