The final chapter in the cinematic career of Cliff Richard sees him play a greedy businessman moving to Birmingham and setting up a burger business whilst trying to broker a deal between the warring political factions. It's a musical that can't decide if it's a musical, but will the BOWOB lads decide if it's worthy of derision or an underrated gem?
