Karen Briscoe is the principal owner of the Huckaby Briscoe Conroy Group (HBC) with Keller Williams. The team is recognized in the top 250 Top Realtor teams by Wall Street Journal. HBC has sold over 1,500 homes since 1977, valued at $1.5 billion. Primary markets include Northern Virginia, suburban Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Karen has a Master’s degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and a Bachelor’s degree from Stephens College in Columbia, MO. Karen and her business partner Lizzy Conroy launched Community Charity Champions to raise funds for local nonprofit groups. Karen attributes her life worth living to God, her husband Andy, children Drew and Callie, her family, and countless friends and business associates.
