The Box Elder Early Childhood Coalition is conducting a survey about library access in the county, to see when, where and how residents access library services to help determine whether there is a need for changes. The deadline to take the survey is April 15. Currently, Brigham City residents pay property taxes to support the Brigham City Library, while residents of Willard, Perry, Honeyville, Corrine, and Mantua contribute to funding the Bookmobile service.
