This time of year can be very hard! If you're feeling sad, lonely, or even just disjoined from the holidays, I hope this episode can help. First let me say, I understand and have been there! At 25 I experienced my hardest Christmas season I had ever gone through. In fact, I don't think I have had one quite like that since. Here, I share somethings I wish I had known back then.
