On this week's episode, I'm joined by Troy Dubrowsky, a thoroughbred entertainment entrepreneur with quite the resumé.

Starting his entertainment career at mega agency WME, Troy worked directly with Co-CEO (and current chairman) Patrick Whitesell, getting a first-rate education in working with A-list talent, as well as a front row seat to billion dollar mergers & acquisitions.

After WME, Troy joined touring & management company ScoreMore, where he worked across all 5 of Tory Lanez' studio albums, including 7 tours, 15 gold or platinum records, and a Grammy nomination to boot.

Also instrumental in breaking Mariah the Scientist, Troy left the Tory Lanez team in 2020 to co-found Psettings, a digital media, marketing and representation company that -- in addition to running digital marketing for both J. Cole and his label Dreamville — services skateboarding brand Illegal Civ, Universal Music Group, and a slew of others.

Last but not least, Troy represents a host of musical and digital talent, including Oseanworld, Yameii, Ghost Supply, and more.
