I’ve been working with the Therapist over the past year and was recently diagnosed with BPD. Here I reflect on how it’s affected my life and tap into my family dynamic.

All my life I’ve been told I am difficult to understand. And even harder to get close to. The funny thing is, the one thing I want more than anything in life is to feel a genuine connection and closeness with somebody who truly understands me. In my later years, I have grown to be more transparent, not just for others, but to help me understand and learn about myself more. I hope this brings clarity.
