And what a timely question too as most of the world (even if you don't like basketball) is aware of the fun and frenzied "bracket watching" that goes on during the winding up of the college basketball season as several dozen teams engage single elimination tourney bracket craziness known as March Madness (even though it always ends in early April--so there's that!). So let's tip this thing off and play--here are a few things we'll address in today's discussion:

--What is "bracket watching?"

--Will "bracket watching" help me perform better? Will it harm my performance?

--What is the best approach to help me focus in a tournament or competition scenario?
