The age gap in some of Connecticut’s cities continues to grow. Torrington has one of the worst age gaps in the state. Some cities in Connecticut are now signing on to an economic project inspired by the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. The project is entitled “Working Cities Challenge.” Dan Haar, Hartford Courant columnist, talks about the project in this interview.
