Connecticut state House Minority Leader Themis Klarides is hopeful there will be a special session of the General Assembly before the New Year, to address the state's growing budget deficit. In an interview on Brad & Dan, Rep. Klarides said lawmakers need to address changes made to the Medicare Savings Program in the bipartisan budget passed in October.
