Connecticut state Comptroller Kevin Lembo says, if the Republican tax plan makes it out of Congress and is signed by President Trump, it could make the state's budget problems worse in the long run. In an interview on Brad & Dan, Lembo also admitted that the state's deficit has increased, now that the Department of Social Services has delayed implementing the Medicare Savings Program adjustments requested by the General Assembly.
