Democratic gubernatorial candidate Guy Smith promises no tax hikes, if he is elected Connecticut's next governor.

Appearing with Brad Davis and Dan Lovallo, Smith talked about why he is running for governor, discussed part of his economic platform and explained how he would pay for fixing the state's transportation infrastructure.
