Connecticut State Sen. Toni Boucher, Chief Deputy Senate Republican Majority Leader, says there were reasons that the state was not selected for the home of internet retailer Amazon's second headquarters.  However, in an interview with Dan Lovallo and Brad Davis, she takes issue with the reasons given by Gov. Dannel P. Malloy.
