Peter Gioia, Vice President and economist for the Connecticut Business & Industry Association, says Aetna moving its headquarters out of state should serve as a wake-up call to our politicians. But he takes issue with comments made by Gov. Dannel P. Malloy that CBIA is "negative" about the state.
