Connecticut Senate Republican President Len Fasano is taking issue with criticism from certain Democrats over why the GOP has concerns over Associate Justice Andrew McDonald, becoming chief justice of the state supreme court.

In an interview with Dan Lovallo and Brad Davis, Sen. Fasano issued the Republican concerns over McDonald's nomination.  He also took issue with certain statements made by Democrat Sen. Bob Duff, the Senate Majority Leader.
