Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin says the city is in much better shape financially than when he became mayor.

In his monthly visit with Brad Davis and Dan Lovallo, the mayor talked about the city's improvements.  He also discussed his stance on why state and local government should separate itself from the NRA, when it comes to gun instruction.
