Connecticut state Sen. Len Suzio, vice-chair of the General Assembly's Transportation Committee, says the toll study bill which passed out of the committee could add tolls to the state, if the bill passes the full legislature this year.  Sen. Suzio explained to Dan Lovallo and Brad Davis how the authorization of a toll study could add tolls, without the legislature even voting on it.
