Republican Party gubernatorial hopeful Bob Stefanowski says he has a plan to phase out the Connecticut state income tax.  And the self-funding candidate says he could cut $2 billion from the state budget.

In a wide ranging interview with Dan Lovallo and Brad Davis, Stefanowski detailed his plan and challenged other gubernatorial candidates not to use taxpayers' money to underwrite their campaigns.
