Hartford's potential filing for bankruptcy has been placed on the back burner, according to Mayor Luke Bronin. In an interview on Brad & Dan, the mayor detailed Hartford's latest financial picture, in the wake of the passing of a new state budget. He also addressed the issue of whether Hartford has enough money to pay its bills going forward, including in November.
