Brad is the founder of The Young Men's Adventure Weekend, a mentoring and rite of passage camp for young men in wilderness areas near Vancouver, B.C., existing since 1990. Brad is also co-founder of the KingMakers, a network of men supporting the creation of mentoring and rite of passage events throughout North America. Brad is also an accomplished real estate agent, master carver, and musician.
