'The BradCast' has had a surprise rebound case of COVID. We will return with fresh new shows as soon as possible.Original airdate 1-9-2024. On today's 'BradCast':  While it's still very, very early in the 2024 Presidential race, new polls in New Hampshire show that former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley is now within single digits of indicted Donald Trump just two weeks before that state's GOP primary. A different poll finds that New Hampshire Democrats and Independent voters say that protecting 'American democracy' is the issue they are most concerned about this election year, and shows that President Biden is seven points ahead of Trump in a general election match-up. A three-judge panel on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals appeared dubious at assertions by Trump's attorneys that a president is entitled to 'absolute immunity' from prosecution for crimes committed while in office, and could even lawfully order the assassination of his political rivals, among other specious arguments. Plus Desi Doyen has our latest 'Green News Report.'
