Today, disgraced former president Donald Trump himself sued the major social media companies, claiming his First Amendment rights are being violated by private companies that banned him from their platforms for using his accounts to lie about last year's election and incite the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol insurrection (the First Amendment does not apply to private companies, only to the U.S. Government). A new book alleges that Trump has refused to pay his personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, for his legal work in criss-crossing the country to falsely claim, without evidence, that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump. Also today:  Tropical Storm Elsa is wreaking havoc as the first storm to make landfall in the U.S., in what is already a record-setting 2021 Atlantic hurricane season....
