On today's 'BradCast':  The Republicans' stolen and packed U.S. Supreme Court handed down a series of new decisions this week. MARK JOSEPH STERN, legal reporter at Slate, explains the latest rulings, which include a very troubling 6-3 decision that kneecaps union organizing rights, further expanding the Roberts Court's relentless erosion of labor rights. But the court also issued more reasonable decisions, covering police powers to enter your home without a warrant, and whether a high school could punish a cheerleader for off-campus foul language and school criticism. While this first full term of the GOP's stolen and packed 6 to 3 court advantage was 'not as terrible' as it could be, Stern warns, 'it's not over yet.'  Stern also analyzes whether 82-year-old Justice Stephen Breyer will step down to allow President Biden to nominate a replacement while Democrats hold the majority in the Senate.  Senate GOP leader Mitch McConnell already indicated he will not allow Biden to fill any Supreme Court vacancy if Republicans regain the majority in 2022. Also today:  Congressional Democrats vow to continue fighting to pass voting rights and election reform legislation after Senate Republicans voted down allowing debate on a critical voting rights bill. The use of a new, confusing Ranked Choice Voting system in the primary election for the New York City mayoral race means it could take weeks before a winner is declared.  In Buffalo, NY, India Walton is poised to become the first socialist mayor of a major American city since the 1960s.
