On today's 'BradCast':  The corrupt, stolen, and packed rightwing supermajority on the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday engineered a ruling that prevents states from using the plain language of the 14 Amendment, Section 3 to disqualify Donald Trump from the 2024 election for having 'engaged in insurrection.'  The dissenting liberal justices made clear that the 9-0 ruling that was actually a 5-4 ruling, in which the so-called GOP-appointed 'originalists' further cemented their well-earned reputation as an activist rightwing court inventing legal concepts to reverse engineer the political result they seek.
