Ken Buck (R-CO) announced he is retiring from the U.S. House next week due to the dysfunction of House Republicans, further reducing the GOP's razor-thin majority. Donald Trump's takeover of the Republican National Committee is complete after installing his inexperienced daughter-in-law as co-chair to route RNC money to pay Trump's mounting legal bills. Dozens of RNC staffers were immediately fired in a preview of Trump's plan, if he becomes president, to replace federal agency employees with partisan Trump loyalists. A Wisconsin MAGA group wants to remove the state's very partisan GOP assembly speaker for not being Trumpy enough. Mainstream corporate media outlets published hundreds of stories touting Special Counsel Robert Hur's report smearing President Biden's mental faculties and age, but transcripts released today portray Biden as 'clearheaded.'  ABC's George Stephanopoulos demonstrates how to counter Republican disinformation live on air.
