'BradCast' 4/2/2024 (More GOP Election Fraud, Justice for Crystal Mason, Trump accountability, and more)

On today's 'BradCast':  As it is said, 'the arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice.'  A New York judge has expanded his gag order against Donald Trump in his criminal 'hush money' trial in order to protect court staff family members. Florida State Supreme Court ignored precedent to allow a 6-week abortion ban to take effect, but also approved statewide ballot initiatives to protect reproductive rights and legalize recreational marijuana. Arizona GOP lawmakers push a ballot measure to ban early voting and vote-by-mail. Another round of white male Republicans convicted of intentional voter fraud and election fraud have received little to no punishment. But black Texas voter Crystal Mason, who was egregiously and wrongly sentenced to five years in prison for unintentionally voting while ineligible, has finally been acquitted by an appeals court.
