On today's 'BradCast':  Today's oral arguments in the U.S. Supreme Court over whether Donald Trump must be disqualified from the 2024 ballot under the plain text Constitution's 'Insurrectionist Disqualification Clause' prove yet again that the rightwing justices on the US Supreme Court easily abandon their 'textualist' and 'originalist' stances when it suits them. The Court heard a challenge to the Colorado State Supreme Court's airtight ruling that Trump is disqualified for inciting and engaging in insurrection. Former U.S. Deputy Asst. Attorney General LISA GRAVES and retired attorney KEITH BARBER, contributor at Daily Kos, join us to discuss what occurred in the historic hearing today, the relative merits of the arguments presented by both sides (some of them patently absurd), and what it all could mean as the nation hurtles inexorably toward the critical 2024 election. Plus Desi Doyen has our latest 'Green News Report.'
