Riley and Derek start off the show by discussing the Eastern Conference playoffs starting with the New York and Carolina series with the Hurricanes starting to come back and Evgeny Kuznetsov’s resurgence, while Rangers Vincent Trocheck and Alexis Lafrenière have stood out to Nasty. They move over to the Bruins/Panthers series with all the drama surrounding Brad Marchand and Sam Bennett, and the goalie interference calls. Shifting over to the West they discuss Edmonton and Vancouver with Cal Pickard getting a chance and making the most of it for the Oilers, and JT Miller turning things around under Rick Tocchet. Rounding out the West we have the Avalanche and Stars, Tyler Seguin changing his game over time, and Valeri Nichushkin’s recent suspension. Former NHL defenseman Randy Jones joins the boys in studio. He talks about currently being a hockey coach in his home town and his coaching style, deciding to sign with the Flyers out of college, playing for the Philadelphia Phantoms and winning the Calder Cup, different coaches he played for, he shares a crazy story from his first NHL game, a hit he had on Patrice Bergeron that led to a suspension, a fight he had with James van Riemsdyk, the last couple years of his career and battling injuries, and finishing his career off in the minors. He gives props to Danny Briere, gives his thoughts on the playoffs, and the interview finishes off with some Craig Berube talk.

Riley and Nasty start off the show by discussing Riley’s torn MCL and Nasty’s mens league stories. Plus a big local tournament where a lot of former NHL players came to town. Playoff hockey talks starts with the New York and Carolina series and former Hurricanes forward Vincent Trocheck’s overtime goal. They go over to the Bruins eliminating the Maple Leafs, Jim Montgomery challenging David Pastrnak in the media and Pasta responding with the OT winner. They shift over to the current Boston series with the Florida Panthers and the EPIC Game 2 they had filled with goals, fights and scrums. Moving on to the Western Conference the guys talk about the Dallas Stars Game 7 win against the Vegas Golden Knights and their current series with the Colorado Avalanche. Wrapping up the West they discuss the Oilers and Canucks. 
They go on to discuss the latest news in the NHL starting with Sheldon Keefe getting fired by the Leafs, Travis Green being hired by the Ottawa Senators, Flyers fan favorite Oskar Lindblom heading back over to Sweden to play, the San Jose Sharks winning the Draft Lottery, and Dave Hakstol being fired the the Kraken.
