In this episode, I unpack a moment when I was invited to explore a growth edge: bragging. I discovered how uncomfortable it felt to speak about my wins for "too long." I get into the cultural conditioning around self-praise, why we've been taught it's too much, and the healing that came from being witnessed in it intentionally, in a safe container where I could actually feel what came up and be present with it.
This is an invitation to witness yourself, and others, in self-praise and to consider what becomes possible when we stop dimming our light to keep the people around us comfortable.
