Hello Friends,
Some organisation ahead: As I am approaching finishing setting up my website with the revised title Brainsoective, I have also given this podcast the according name.
Now, about this podcast episode: finally, I am taking the mic , computer and notes again and speaking about my favourite topic: neuroscience and all related interdisciplinary branches, especially psychology. Today, it is all about the question as to what extend genetics influence our brain and its functioning and the understanding that genes together with their applications and roles are, as the whole brain itself, highly plastic and changeable.
We will touch concepts ranging from epigenetics, to possible treatment possibilities to the aspect of the human factor and the global significance in and of science.
I hope youâre excited and will enjoy the information provided!

Dear People,
Todayâs Episode is another deep dive into the question of how our brains produce reality that is subjective and tangible. I will explore concepts like consciousness and homeostasis that construct the basis of brain functioning showing that internally we continuously create a body map and integrate different sensory information ranging from vision to touch. We then combine those impulses with attention and memory via distinct brain regions particularly the hippocampus and medial prefrontal cortex. I also set the goal to explore the question of what this knowledge leaves us with - how we can regulate better to strengthen more awareness for this intricate connection between body and mind.
Dear people on the Internet,
Welcome to this new series on the Podcast âBrainlyticâ: I have changed the title of this podcast in accordance to a change in my passion focus and area. I have gotten into research. Research about the brain and how it is connected to the way we behave, feel and think. About ourselves, about others, about the life we are living and our role in it.
This Podcast Episode aims tobe a first insight into this world of the link between psychology and neurology - both concepts becoming increasingly crucial to understand the human mind and complexity to help develop Society through preventing diseases or examine the roots of certain conflicts.
It is thus not unthinkable, that Neuropsychology has a direct relation to our every day experiences, which makes it such a n approachable and important field orf science; of the life sciences.

Hello friends and welcome back to another episode on Growing With the Sun!
Today I am going to examine the question of how we can view confidence from more realistic and constructive point of views than media or society often tries to suggest. It is thus all about taking the risk and doing things despite the worry of what other people might think and of being unprepared or not ready yet.

Ever wondered how to truly enrich and develop a relationship with a person you genuinely want to last with?
The answer> Start within yourself and explore your side of the story to be able to engage in clear communication that will eventually lead to lasting agreements.
Never be afraid to confront your emotions, especially if they are coding heavy reactions that, at first sight, seem inexplicable.
This podcast episode dives into the question of how we can view any tension, discomfort and uncertainty in social interactions as milestones of our individual journeys of self development and provides the reason as to why introspection goes so far.
Have fun!!
Hello my dear friends,
I hope you are well and have already experienced much joy and fulfilment in the new year. Let today's episode be another reminder to invest into your well-being and connection to yourself by implementing simple habits into your daily routines. I'll explore the importance of being aligned with your body during times of stress and high workloads as well as the positive impact that educating yourself can have on the way you encounter the world every day.
Also, this episode marks not only the first one in 2026 but also the start of the new series of this podcast, which is orientated annually. In 2025, in series 1, we worked with the question of how we can find purpose and get onto the journey of self-exploration, while now series 2 aims to examine concrete ways and action steps to implement all these gained lessons.
Let's look forward to all the ones still about to come! :)

Welcome back to another episode of "Growing With The Sun"!
I am your host, Teresa, and on the last day of 2025, let us look back on a yearthat presented countless experiences and encounters that brought us closer to ourselves, that mirrored back to us what we still need to pour more of this self-love into. May this episode be a gentle reminder that change is allowed to feel easy and calm once you have reclaimed your power and deliberately, consciously and in deep connection with yourself, stepped into action.
Have a peaceful transition into a new, healthy and in unimaginable ways blessed 2026.
Much love, Teresa
You are not shy or incapable of sharing your ideas and interests courageously, to interact with others in an authentic way - you only lack self-belief and practical approaches to enhance your self-confidence. In this episode, I am going to focus on four distinct proposals to become more connected and aligned with yourself, your voice and purpose on this planet.

On this episode:
Confidence needs to be built. We all live through a life-long process of loosing and finding ourselves again, of experiencing adversities and leaving our comfort zone. May this podcast episode be a kind reminder to you, that nothing is clear, fixed or to be anticipated. Just be sure of one thing: Your power of saying I am willing to let go of any fear or worries that restrict my view, because I have never done anything like this and the subsequent trust and inner knowing that what calls you from out there is worth to be experienced. It takes time, but eventually, you will come to realise that, in fact, you are doing the greates justice to yourself as you are commited and truly brave.
Enjoy this podcast episode covering the question of how we can actually enter our learning zones and what impact this can have on our lifes.

Hallo Freunde!
