In this podcast episode I talk about something that just realized today. I was so busy moving, working and doing that I let myself stop doing my most amazing and productive habits that I installed in my life by will. Normally i would get very angry at myself but not today. It took me two weeks to realize that I went unconscious and let the old programming control me. Now i am back on track and it feels amazing because i know it is a VICTORY. Every time i get back on track the old programming gets weaker and my habits get stronger until they are suvh a part of my personality i can't live without it anymore. That's what I want - That's what xou want. So be aware, there will be a time where you stop but it's not about that.
