This was a very trying week, the camera being broken last week affected so much as it results in time, it knocked everything out of whack, all I could think about was getting everything fixed just to be able to record. Once everything was fixed something else broke. And I got so frustrated because my life is surrounded by workarounds. The issue never gets fixed there is just an unspoken agreement that everyone knows it's broken but no one wants to fix it at the foundation. I experience that daily at work where things don’t work and we have to find a workaround once that works something else breaks. I know this has been the way of life for eons but I am tired I want things to work how they are meant to work no workaround no rigging. I think about how often this affects my personal life. How many friendships or relationships could have worked out if the issue was tackled at the foundation this is why I take my mental health so seriously, I have been to therapy a few times very consistent, but I was going for a workaround I needed a way to be able to just function so I was cool with being able to go in there and vent and hear someone tell me what they thought I should do. And for a while I was ahead of it I obtained the skill to mask it to be silent and when things happened to me I always told myself this happens to everyone. Everyone struggles with this and that, the workaround was for me to mask the trauma as if it never existed. This week we begin unmasking
