Brand New Eyes

In this episode I explain how time is an illusion. Time as we know is just a concept. We use the Gregorian calendar today and before that was the Roman calendar only having 10 months. This is proof that we collectively create our reality because now we have 12 months instead of 10. The only thing we experience for certainty is Now, a infinite collection of present moments. So enjoy every last moment, even the unpleasant experience. They too serve a purpose.(Ps Im aware it’s windy, however, inspirational wait for no one 🤪.)

“The root of all suffering is attachments” said the buddha in this episode my brother and I explain how attachments to anything external causes suffering. For example I always wear this amethyst earring, however a week ago it broke. I was upset but then I realize that it happened and I can’t change that. I accepted what actually happened instead of throwing a tantrum. I release my attachment to my earring. There is nothing wrong with your desire, but when your attach to a specific way of how that desire is supposed to manifest you completely miss out on how beautiful life actually is. Release your attachments and accept life as it is then what you prefer it to be!!!!!!!

Ever had a bad day when someone tries to bring your mood down? Understand that we as humans project our reality onto one and another. Have discernment for yourself, acknowledge your emotion and accept them. Don’t take on anything that doesn’t belong to you. People project for a number of reasons, the key is to acknowledge and accept your truth only!!!

In this episode I share why the acceptance of self is liberating. I’ve learned to accept all aspects of me. Learning to appreciate and accept the amazing people y’all are!! Accept how you feel and move presently. Don’t assume anything. If you’re intrigued to know something just ask. Assuming isn’t staying present.

In this episode we seek to bring awareness to your everyday cycle. In life you are always going to run into some unpleasant times. The goal is to have fun while trying to solve them. Play around with your reactions. Next time you feel as if you need to react with anger, try offering compassion. Understand you don’t own anyone anything. This is just for you to protect your peace. You can’t control what people do to you or how you’re going feel in the matter. Your reaction is the key.

Thoughts come and go, instead of clinging on to them see them as what they are, just information! Also seeking validation from outside set you up for failure. You’re the experiencer so the validation comes from within. Detach from limited beliefs.
