Without the contributions of one's people, one can do very little.  Brand Pretorius speaks about his people as assets and not expenses. In this video, Brand explains how much value people can add to an organisation if they are motivated, committed, empowered and knowledgable.  Saving 7500 jobs was no small task, but together they managed to create miracles in saving their company from bankruptcy. 

Brand reckons that it was the team that stood together, brought amazing value by optimising their contribution and managed to pull through.
