Brandice Daniel is the founder of Harlem's Fashion Row (HFR) and a fashion industry expert with experience in buying, production and bridging the gap for designers of color. She has led collaborations with major brands including Nike, LVMH, Tommy Hilfiger, and Tiffany & Co. In 2020, she founded a non-profit organization, ICON360 that has donated over $2 million to HBCU fashion departments and black designers.

Her achievements have been recognized by various organizations including Forbes, Good Morning America, Fashion Institute of Technology, and Vogue. Brandice is also a proud mom to Sky and wife to Richard Daniel.
