ERICA PAOLICELLI, CO-OWNER OF THREE BROTHERS WINERIES AND ESTATES, WAR HORSE BREWING COMPANY AND HOST OF TENACIOUS WE. 

Three Brothers Wineries (TBW), in the heart of the Finger Lakes is one of the regions premier destinations. Erica, along with her partners Dave and Luanne Mansfield opened the wineries in 2007. 

In 2009, they opened the brewery taproom and in 2016 brought the production of all of the beer, hard cider, and craft soda to their campus in the Finger Lakes. Over the last 11 years, they grew the business from 2 to 130 full and part time employees, opened a satellite store at Eastview Mall, built and rebranded their portfolio of craft beverages, and opened a 30 seat restaurant on Linden Street in Geneva, NY all while building their wholesale business to expand regionally across upstate NYS.

As an active member of the business community, with a passion for business management, Erica brings lessons of failures and successes to the show. She'll be interviewing other business owners, community organizations, and taking you along for the ride. We'll also be talking strategy; marketing, human resources, company culture and much more.
