La cadena The CW presentó el primer vistazo del actor que encarnó al superhéroe en 2006, para la cinta Superman regresa. Como parte del crossover de la Crisis en Tierras Infinitas de las series del denominado Arrowverse, el intérprete no solo dará vida a The Atom, tal y como lo viene haciendo hace años, sino que también entrará desde otro rincón del universo para dar vida a un hombre de acero que cuyo traje está inspirado en el diseño del cómic Kingdom Come.
