This Episode is the collision of Nursing and Psychedelics. Andrew Penn, MS, PMHNP is a UC San Francisco trained psychiatric nurse practitioner. He serves as an Associate Clinical Professor in the UCSF School of Nursing and practices at the San Francisco VA where he works with NP residents and students. He has completed the CIIS, MAPS, and USONA trainings in psychedelic assisted therapy and has worked as a study therapist on a phase 3 MDMA-assisted therapy protocol for PTSD and is Co-investigator the Usona-sponsored study of psilocybin assisted therapy for major depression. Tyler Fink is an addiction specialist with an extensive background in psychedelics aiding in recovery, We dive deep into Iboga! Tyler's personal story of resurrection from an opiate addiction with the use of Iboga. His life has transformed and during his last battle with himself to find lasting recovery he made a promise to himself, that if he made it through he would dedicate his life in service to others who are as hopeless as he once felt. He Became a Sound Healer and community organizers and has helped his community heal beyond addiction.

Tyler has been working in the field of entheogenic support for several years. He first started off working for two ibogaine centers (Mexico & Bahamas) including Crossroads Ibogaine Center. He has also consulted in the building of aftercare centers geared towards long term, inpatient aftercare support for people coming out of psychedelic assisted therapies for addiction. Tyler has helped build coaching companies and community, along with the co-creation of the “Psychedelics of 12-Steps”, an in-person 12-step meeting centered around the potential therapeutic application of psychedelic medicines and integration of the 12-steps for addiction. Tyler is also a transformational coach, psychedelic integration specialist and sound healer.

Neil Gehani is an entrepreneur and software engineer and creator of MindLumen a

non-profit company that is building a regenerative economy in psychedelic healing. Connecting guides to explores, in an anonymous and alternative way to the capitalism model.  Neil’s passion was born in a profound psychedelic experience that left him repeating the phrase “The world needs to know.” In this episode Neil tells his story as a first-generation Indian immigrant, a story of self-discovery and creation.
