Glenn "Doc" Murdock and Joyce "Baby Jean” Kennedy founded Mothers Finest in 1970 and are still touring the world here in 2022. By our math, that’s around 50 years of funky rock metal & soul music. Mothers Finest are long time Atlanta rockers who have made history; they’re in the Smithsonian Black History Museum *and* the Georgia Music Hall of Fame! And, after their summer tour of Europe, they’re performing live at the Georgia Jam on Saturday August 27th in Duluth, Georgia - so we are honored to have Baby Jean & Doc of Mothers Finest join us today on the Braves Country Podcast!
