Rick and John welcome Braves sensation Nigel "The Freeze" Talton to the Kia studios. 

Nigel talks about how he went from a member of the Grounds Crew to becoming one of the biggest promotional characters in baseball. He talks about his training and his history in Track and Field. They ask about how his first few races were a mess because his outfit was wrong. There is also some controversy over The Freeze's appearance at the 2017 All Star Game.
