Jesus was tempted just as we are and it taught me something important. He overcame by challenging the words from the devil. He didn't accept the suggestion. Our needs and wants never end. Satisfaction only comes from and is by the Word of God. The devil always wants to challenge our identity in christ and makes us chase after other things Here we are reminded to crave for the Word of God for it satisfies. Bread always runs out.
