No matter our age or where we are in life, God will talk to us, and lead and guide us in the way he wants us to go.

The enemy will try to trick us by causing us to doubt God’s instructions, just like he did with Eve. If we know the truth, we will be able to spot a lie and a trick.

When it comes to God and His word, He does not play games or try to trick us. He says what He means and means what He says. He wants us to obey, but His instructions are clear.

We are made with a free will. We have the power to make good choices, and when we don’t, we can change. We can change our minds, change our course and repent. We can make a new start.

Honoring your father and mother is a command that does not have an expiration date.

Having a “pity party’ doesn’t help you or anyone else. We need to get up and move forward when we have faced something difficult. Jesus is always with us to help us forgive and forget.

Having big emotions and feelings are okay every now and then, but we must remember to respond to them correctly. Treating others badly, or being mean because we don’t feel good, or we have been mistreated is not okay.

No matter what we may go through, God understands. He came to earth in the form of a man, not to avoid hard things, but to experience them, and conquer!

It is worth taking extra time and effort to learn things right and do things right. It will be worth it in the long run. You will be ready to face any challenge!

We have to strive to always d the right thing in our lives, but that is often the hard thing. Taking the easy way out is more often than not, the wrong decision.
