What we all should do is break away from habits that no longer serve us. The sitting down in the evening and just being entertained - that can change. It should change - your brain needs challenges as you age. Reading a book for instance a mystery book helps us try to figure things out.
Reimagine your entire life in retirement and let go of your old tired work day habits. It's good for your soul and your brain!
