It's hard for me to describe Ayesha Mahanti. She's an author who doesn't identify as one anymore. She's a practitioner of Tarot reading, also something she doesn't identify with. But here are a few things that she does identify with - she's an eternal believer of love, a seeker of truth, and someone who has sat with her discomfort long enough to find out that it is the first step to healing.

In this episode, Ayesha and I discuss how true happiness lies in the work - the work being the journey to peel off old conditioning, limiting beliefs, and behaviors. The work is expanding your understanding of concepts like happiness, truth, and love. The work is breaking your cycle.
