Gautam Khetrapal has been breaking cycles all his life. And he understands the concept so well, he's been trying to break one of the toughest cycles for humanity for a considerable amount of time. Having worked at Mindvalley, which he considers his second home, with the legendary, Vishen Lakhiani, Gautam decided to create, what he calls the Disneyland of Learning and Development. 

Having never met him in person and only followed his journey through Lifeplugin on Instagram, this conversation was an opportunity for me to finally learn his story and expand my own understanding of what growth means to me.
