I look at combat sports, tactical combat systems, and traditional martial arts as ONE PART of a larger whole. And I have been lucky enough to be trained by a man who has explored the arts in pursuit of truth. 

But martial arts has been riddled with politics, whataboutery, chest-thumping, and a whole lot of bullshit. So I decided to speak to a man who is on a mission to keep martial arts and martial artists HONEST.
