As artists we are a little more inclined to break the rules than the next guy. Though sometimes there are rules playing out in the background that we don’t even notice are there. Giving yourself permission to ask why can be a really empowering experience. It creates the freedom to let go of the rules that aren’t serving you and make your own set. Ones that are designed to serve you and your creativity.
