I wanted to share a little life update and personal story.

A few weeks ago I made the tough decision to choose myself and say goodbye to someone I love, and in that breaking a three year karmic cycle. The two weeks since have been an absolute whirlwind in the best way possible.

If you're finding yourself in the same relationship cycles, or have trouble voicing your needs - hopefully you can take something from my lessons.
