Only holiness can break the cycle of our pasts. - The natural tendency of life is for cycles and patterns to repeat over and over again. Usually this means we get stuck in negative thinking and behaviour and get stuck living it over and over again. Sometimes we just give into it, but most times we try to fight it and still fall back into the cycle. When we look at God's Word we see that He has made a way to break that pattern. It's like washing dishes, they only get clean when you use new clean water.
